 Bayshore Family Success Center

The Bayshore Family Success Center is located at the Henry Hudson Trail Activity Center in Leonardo.  The center is a community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where any community resident can go for family support, information and services.

The purpose of Family Success Centers is to enrich the lives of children and parents by making families and neighborhoods stronger. Families receive support in dealing with the stress of parenting and everyday issues.

The Bayshore Family Success Center is committed to strengthening families and inspiring parent, family and community involvement.

 Coastal Communities Family Success Center

Coastal Communities Family Success Center, formerly known as Long Branch Concordance, is a result of a broad-based collaborative effort of people, agencies and organizations united to create a healthy, sustainable urban environment for children who live in the greater Long Branch area. In March 2004 the agency was established as a result of this collaboration. The goal was to develop and implement a centrally located agency where people in need of a wide variety of services could receive the information, resources and referrals to address the concerns of their families. Shortly thereafter, the agency obtained 501(c) (3) status.

 We offer evidence-based programs, workshops, parent—child activities, major outreach events, information, resources and referrals for services to the coastal Monmouth community. Our goal is to increase the knowledge base of parents, change behaviors, provide the tools necessary to improve relationships, and the opportunity to for families to grow parent—child bonding. Our services are focused on economic self-reliancy and family sustainability. We have grown from a resource center and evolved into a "one-stop" shop that provides wrap-around resources and supports for families before they find themselves in crisis. The Family Success Center is a multi-faceted community-based program that offers families convenient access to information, support, and resources that help develop and maximize their strengths and potential.

 Oceans Family Success Center

The Oceans Family Success Center (OFSC) is a welcoming family-friendly center open to the Greater Asbury Park Community consisting of Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Neptune City, Neptune Twsp., Ocean Grove, and Ocean Twsp.

The greater Asbury Park community is full of untapped potential.  The OFSC, here on Springwood Avenue, is proud to be part of a comprehensive revitalization plan that addresses safe and affordable housing, educational support, job training, and other critical initiatives that will transform the neighborhood and create a myriad of opportunities for the residents.

The OFSC is INCLUSIVE and no one is excluded from care regardless of age, ethnicity, religious affiliations or geographic location/residency.  All services are free of charge.

DCF funds a statewide network of Family Success Centers as “one-stop” shops that provide wrap-around resources and supports for families before they find themselves in crisis.  Family Success Centers offer primary and secondary child abuse prevention services to families and bring together concerned community residents, leaders, and community agencies to address the problems that threaten the safety and stability of families and the community. There is no cost to access services provided by Family Success Centers. Core services include:

  • Access to information on child, maternal and family health services, including linkage to publicly-funded health insurance programs and referrals to local health care services;
  • Economic self-sufficiency/employment related services/income security services;
