The Warm Line is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Created as part of Monmouth County’s Department of Human Services, the Navigation System will serve as one point of entry for residents to be connected to any human service provider in the County, without needing to make multiple calls and needing to tell their story again and again.

The latest income limit increase is part of a larger effort by the State to reach and enroll more people who are eligible for the PAAD and Senior Gold programs, and raise awareness that people can apply for these and other assistance programs using the NJSave application.

Free school meals are now available to a wider range of families. Newly signed legislation increases the income limits that qualify students for free breakfast and lunch in the 2024-2025 school year. Schools offer support with the application process and maintain the confidentiality of students' participation.
