Yoga. Peace. Kula
Yoga Peace Kula is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) that believes in offering the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga and mindfulness to all; regardless of financial circumstances, gender, age, backgrounds, or challenges.
As a non-profit yoga studio, we raise funds and receive donations, which enable us to provide scholarships for students who would otherwise not be able to take classes and trainings.
One of our primary community outreach programs is Mindfulness in the Schools. Our team of mindfulness educators has well over 50 combined years of experience in NJ public schools. They are NJ certified teachers and school counselors. Our leading mindfulness educators have developed mindfulness curriculum and lead Professional Development in schools and at national conferences.
We are proud to offer yoga and mindfulness classes led by the finest certified and exceptionally trained instructors in Monmouth County.
This spring, we’ll be offering The Mindfulness Intensive. The first weekend of this two-weekend intensive will be open to all who are interested in creating a daily practice, understanding the principles of mindfulness and living more fully in the present. The training, in its entirety, is for those working with youth; who are looking to take their personal practice and share it within the community of schools.
