Stephanie Siciliano, MSW, LCSW, RYT provides Individual Psychotherapy and therapeutic yoga. She helps those living with past trauma, anxiety, depression, family/relationship issues, difficult life transitions, or anyone feeling stuck to work towards creating a more peaceful life. She believes in a client centered, relaxed approach to therapy including yoga and movement, meditation, and Sand Play Therapy.

Stephanie graduated from Marymount Manhattan College in 2008 with her BA in Psychology and later received her MSW at Hunter College. In 2015 she received her RYT-200 at Younique Yoga, where she currently teaches and provides individual and group Yoga Therapy sessions for adults. Stephanie is a certified Sand Play therapist. She believes in the innate goodness of people and is passionate about providing compassionate and effective therapy in a safe and nurturing environment.

For the past six years Stephanie has worked as a clinical social worker in a therapeutic school setting providing therapy to children and teens living with  anxiety, depression, attachment related issues, past trauma, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
