The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation that has been assisting residents of NJ for over 32 years. In addition to providing affordable housing and housing-related services, the AHA manages several Utility Assistance Programs.

The AHA helps individuals and families who are seeking relief in paying their gas, electric, and oil bills. Our dedicated team assists clients through the entire application process and we are available for support from program selection through the final grant distribution.

PAGE —which stands for Payment Assistance for Gas and Electric—is a state-funded utility assistance program that helps low to moderate-income families in New Jersey pay their utility bills.

LIHEAP The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and Universal Service Fund (USF) help residential customers pay for heating and cooling bills, even if heat is included as part of rent payments.
