Howell Public Library is a primary lending library and community center promoting library use by all, facilitated by our association with the Monmouth County Library System. We are committed to providing our patrons with their informational, educational, recreational, and cultural needs through our print and electronic sources, professional services, informational resources, and innovative programming.

Howell residents can visit the library to complete a registration form for a free library card. Please bring a valid proof of residency. Parents or legal guardians must register children under 17 years of age.
