Due to confidentiality and HIPAA federal and state regulations, you need to include a telephone contact number and/or address when you email us. No responses by the County potentially revealing Protected Health Information can be made via e-mail.

Using a state-developed curriculum, the IDRC conducts the court-ordered 12-hour class providing education on: state laws; use, abuse and addiction; and the body's reaction to mood altering substances. The IDRC also screens each attendee to determine if a further assessment for treatment or self-help is warranted. Informational presentations on the dangers and potential consequences of driving under the influence are provided to the community.

Court-ordered Monmouth County residents are scheduled into the 12-hour classes which are held twice a month on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm.
