High Focus Centers is offering both in-person and teletherapy for mental health and substance abuse treatment. 

High Focus Centers offers evening addiction rehab services and full or half-day mental health treatment to adults, teens, and middle school-aged children. Our Freehold location serves residents of Monmouth County and areas within Ocean and Middlesex Counties. The Freehold team specializes in helping patients overcome addiction, psychiatric disorders, and co-occurring disorders.

Mental Health Services
We treat a range of mental health concerns. Some of the most common include anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar, ADHD, and trauma. Therapy is offered to adults and teens separately. Our programming includes full-day treatment (partial hospitalization) and structured half-day (intensive outpatient) therapy services.

Rehab Programs
We work with adults who are abusing substances or have developed an addiction. Through structured intensive outpatient therapy, our clients identify the root cause of their substance use and develop healthy coping skills. We also offer outpatient groups to offer additional support in recovery.

Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment
Our co-occurring treatment program is for patients who are abusing substances and living with a mental health disorder. This unique program helps you manage your mental health condition so you can better manage emotions that often make it difficult to maintain sobriety.
