180 Turning Lives Around is seeking two full-time clinicians for our Keeping Families Together program for our Long Branch office. Low caseload - approximately 15 families, competitive salary, benefits.

Must have a Master’s degree in social work (or related field) with LCSW/LPC and LCADC/CADC. Will consider a candidate with a LAC/LSW, or in process of LCADC and provide clinical hours to the right candidate. Must have counseling experience in domestic and sexual violence, child abuse, human trafficking, trauma, mental health and substance use disorders. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Must be able to serve diverse populations and provide culturally relevant services.

Clinician will provide direct therapeutic support to families in the KFT program. Will provide in-home psychosocial assessment and ongoing individual and/or family counseling services. Provide or co-facilitate client workshops or group support as needed. Able to assess/diagnose children, adults, families. Formulate individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based interventions based on client needs. Seeking clinicians who are trauma-informed, able to convey empathy, compassion, and develop a positive rapport for successful engagement.

Must possess strong clinical, communication, advocacy, networking, and collaborative skills. Must be able to work within a team approach to support wrap-around services. Able to be flexible and creative in approach. Experience with other systems serving families a plus.

Successful completion of 40 hours domestic violence training required (will be provided upon hire). Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as basic computer skills (email, word, excel, PowerPoint). Driver’s license and vehicle required, cleared background check.
