2025 was a significant year for MonmouthCares, marking the end of the second year of leadership for Executive Director Marin Kirby De Leon. MonmouthCares serves as Monmouth County’s Care Management Organization (CMO) within New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
