One-on-one live chat is also available from 4-midnight Central Standard Time, 7 days a week. The National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline is a resource that can be accessed by internet or phone. The Helpline and loveisrespect.org offer real-time one-on-one support from trained advocates. The Texas Council on Family Violence operates the National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline and the National Domestic Violence Hotline from their call center in Austin, Texas. Loveisrespect.org provides resources for teens, parents, friends and family, advocates, government officials, law enforcement officials, and the general public. All communication is confidential and anonymous.

The New Jersey Division of Child Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS)is the mental health system for children in NJ. The DCBHS System of Care is statewide with 15 local systems of care serving all 21 counties in New Jersey. Each local system is comprised of the same elements: a statewide Contracted System Adminstrator; a Care Management Organization; Youth Case Management; Mobile Response and Stabilization; a Family Support Organization; and, local providers of mental health/supportive services. DCBHS serves children and adolescents 5-21 with emotional and behavioral health challenges and their families. It is designed to build on the strengths of the child, the family, and the community and is family-driven, and focuses on keeping the child at home, in school and out of trouble. The Division of Child Behavioral Health Services is one of three core divisions of the New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) the others are: The Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS); and, The Divison of Prevention and Community Partnership (DPCP).
