The Spot - SBYSP Asbury Park High School - in conjunction with the VFW Post 1333 is hosting its second annual fundraiser with Black History Program: A Legacy of Survival. Our very special guest this year will be Tuskegee Airman, George Watson. Mr. Watson epitomizes the historical legacy we share and cherish as descendants of the Africans who were imported to servitude in this country.
We take time to remember our struggles, our accomplishments and contributions to the building of this nation and our service to each other. Students from Asbury Park HIgh School will also grace the VFW stage with spoken word, music, and dance from then till now. Please join us.
