Homebuyer Education Workshop

Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 P.M.

Topics Covered Include: 

  • What are the first step to homeownership
  • How do you buy a home
  • How does good/bad credit affect me
  • What type of loans are available
  • How can I qualify for a low interest loan
  • Down payment /closing cost assistance

Cost $125 per person and $150 for couples; Advanced Registration is Required Deadline date is July 19, 2019 (Workshop is limited to 30 registered individuals).

Fees includes the workshop, counseling session, and individual /joint tri-merged credit report with scores. 

After participants have closed on their homes and submit their closing documents to AHA $50 will be refunded.
