Exploring identity is a group for all teens (boys/girls/LGBTQ) ages 13-17 who may struggle with issues relating to self-identity, academic stress, emotional resiliency, social expectations, and feeling misunderstood. This group will meet for six weekly sessions on Wednesday's from 6:30-8PM starting on June 20th.
Between social and academic pressures, the teenage years can be incredibly challenging and confusing. Adolescents struggling with self-identity issues, academic stress, relationships, anxiety, and depression can greatly benefit from peer support and mental health education. This group will provide teens a safe space to explore and understand self-identity as more than just academic success, gender, wealth, sexuality, athletic ability, physical appearance, and popularity.
