CentraState Medical Center Invites Women of all Ages to "Sugar, Stress and Sex"

CentraState Medical Center is inviting women of all ages to the lecture “Sugar, Stress and Sex” featuring internationally acclaimed women’s wellness speaker Deb Kern, PhD, and humorist and professional organizer, Jamie Novak, on Sat., Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main St., Freehold.
Participants can rediscover their true power and confidence as they learn how the sugar-stress cycle affects their blood pressure, weight, cognition, creativity, and their ability to enjoy relationships and sex. Deb Kern will provide proven techniques to stop the sugar-stress cycle and have women feeling healthy, vibrant and sexy—at any age.
Jamie Novak will reveal tips for women on how to de-clutter and streamline their life to help break the stress-mess connection. She will offer advice on how to clear clutter from their mind and home, take charge of making choices, and create more energy for living a life they can love.
